Technique Corner: Upgrade your title

This layout tells the story of a boy who loved water. We were on a trip with lots of water and he couldn't resist dipping his hands and feet in the water even though the water was very cold. I made this layout simple so the photos will have center stage.
In the layout I used a fun technique to upgrade my letters. This design was made with the materials from My Punch's Kit of the Month Club so I had to use the letters I had and they were small. So to give them more weight I adhered them to the layout in a wavy shape that would draw the eye. The wavy shape continued the theme on the layout in two ways: it mimics the waves of the water as well as the waves of sound from the birds' song.

A few challenges:

One Stitch at a Time #111: Here comes summer
The Paper Players #93: Tic-Tac-Toe: Flowers, your choice, designer paper.
The Pink Elephant #146: Spring time
Oldie but a Goodie: Die Cuts and Punches
Scarp Creations: It's a boy thing
Crafts for Eternity #69: Spring
Craft your days away #44: Just for children

Have fun creating!
