I'm so busy with DT work creating layouts and cards that I don't have
time to create altered art things which I really love. So I decided to make
time and create something altered. This is a round chest of drawers made from
two old cd's, cardboard and patterned paper.
First you make a cross shape from two pieces of thick cardboard adhered together.
Then you make 4 drawers from patterned paper according to the pattern. You
fold the lines and adhere the flaps to create a quarter of a circle shaped
drawer.
Cover the cd's with paper and make a "sandwich":adhere a cd on
top of the cross and on the bottom. Insert the drawers, add handles and embellish.
