Pour your heart out...

Art journaling is a great way to pour your heart out. If you're feeling down or blue just start creating and a big smile will appear on your face. This art journal page is all about letting your spirit, happiness and smile shine through the dark background.

I started with creating the background with dark sprays, Gelato and stamps. I added layers of browns and black so the background will be really gloomy.

 

Then I tore the paper and tucked under the tears flowers I cut from a patterned paper. The flowers seem to burst through the dark cracks. I also added a shine effect with yellow Gelatos to complete the look.

I added a white and bright sentence with a white gel pen and doodles swirls and dots around it and in the letters to add to the happy feeling.
