Little black dress

Apparently the little black dress is not only a must in fashion; it also has a place in cards! This is a multipurpose card that is good for any girly occasion: birthday, graduation, even as an untraditional wedding greeting card. I cut the dress from Bella BLVD Socialite patterned paper and added some embellishments to jazz it up a little bit. I made some ruffles from patterned paper and added a paper strip and a ribbon. I arranged the title: congratulations to be a part of the dress's design.
